1. Products:
- Obryal.com specializes in custom acrylic logos. All designs are personalized and created per customer specifications.
2. Orders & Confirmation:
- Once an order is confirmed, production begins immediately. Please review your design carefully.
- Any changes after confirmation may be subject to extra charges or may not be possible.
3. Pricing & Payment:
- Prices include EU VAT.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers.
- All payments are processed securely; Obryal.com is not responsible for payment issues outside our system.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- After production begins, cancellation is not possible.
5. Intellectual Property:
- All designs remain the property of Obryal.com until full payment is received.
- Customers are granted rights to use logos for intended purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Liability:
- Obryal.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Products are high-quality, but damage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
7. Governing Law:
- These terms are governed by European Union law.
