Due to the personalized nature of custom acrylic logos, returns and refunds are not accepted once production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- If your product arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact us within 2 days.
- We will arrange a replacement of damaged/incorrect items.
Proof of Delivery Requirement
To ensure a smooth claims process in case of damage or incorrect items, we kindly ask all customers to record a short video while opening their parcel. This video should clearly show:
- The unopened package from the outside
- The process of unboxing
- The product inside with any visible damage or differences
This video will serve as proof of damage or incorrect delivery and will help us process your replacement quickly. Without such proof, we may not be able to accept damage or change claims.
